Hemanth Rao has completed his B.A LL.B (Hons.) from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He specializes in commercial and property disputes, insolvency, bankruptcy, and debts recovery laws. In his capacity as a Central Government Counsel, he represents the Central Government and its departments before the High Court of Karnataka & NCLT, Bengaluru Bench. That apart, he has immense experience in advising and representing Resolution Professionals, Financial Creditors, Corporate Debtors, and other stakeholders in IBC matters.
